How to remove "unsubscribe" link from Saved Search alerts

I have setup some searches to email alerts.  When viewing the email I noticed:

You requested to receive an email alert for this record. Click here to modify your email alerts



I don't see how I can remove this text or prevent it from showing up.  Is it possible?
