Track Case Escalate date to De-Escalate Date

I'm trying to create a report that will show the date a Case was escalated and the date it was de-escalated, but am not able to figure out what to use for the de-escalation.  I can find the Escalate date, but not the de-escalate date.  I would really appreciate any help on this especially since I'm a relatively new NetSuite user.
