How to highlight cases in a view where the last update was not the case owner
I work from a Saved Case Search view where I have the view setup to show me all my currently open cases.
All of my case contact with my customers is done through email directly out of NetSuite. Customers then reply back and the notes get put right into the "Messages" section of the case.
The issue I have is simple. I have around 60 cases or more at a time in my view, but I have no way to tell which of the 60 cases were last updated by me or the customer. If when looking at this list I could see visually a difference between cases I last put a note in verses the customer last put a note in I would know which cases need action first.
