selected sort column not persisted for custom searches?

[*]Click on a different column header to set the sorting
[*]Lists > Relationships > Leads[/LIST]The column selected in #2 is used

[LIST=1]
[*]Reports > Saved Searches > My Saved Search
[*]Click on a different column header to set the sorting
[*]Reports > Saved Searches > My Saved Search[/LIST]The column selected in #2 is NOT used, it reverts back to the sort column defined in the saved search.

This doesn't seem correct, can someone explain or confirm?
