Keywords search to attach two records
Hi,
I've created a custom record type that I want users to be able attach tasks to. I've set this up fine, but when they come to attach the task, the box doesn't do a keyword search, it does a 'starts with' search, which makes find and attaching tasks very difficult. Is there any way to change this?
To explain more clearly:
I have a task called 'Fix wiki site'.
I enter 'wiki' and [tab] into the Attach box, no match is found.
If I enter 'Fix' and [tab] it finds the task.
Attaching contacts to customers apparently has the same mechanism, but it allows you to enter 'Smith' into the Attach box to find 'John Smith'.
