MAX in Saved Search Criteria
I'm doing a search on Opp records with the related System Notes "Field" value as part of the search criteria.
My current criteria:
System Notes : Field = "Entity Status"
I only want the most recent value returned in the results for each Opp... in other words, the System Notes table may include several instances of the Entity Status field being changed but I only want the most recent one.
I tried entering a "max dense rank" type formula searching against the System Notes "Date" field but I can't seem to get the correct syntax without returning errors. I'm not sure if you can even use this in a search criteria.
