Custom Record Sublists attached to the customer record
Hi-
I have created a custom record type with 40 fields that attach to a customer record. I created a subtab on the customer record with several sublists from searches that contain fields from the custom record type fields. Everything works perfectly on my admin account, but I am unable to share this subtab with any other user roles - they do not even see the tab.
I know this is a permissions issue, but have gone over the permissions on: (1) the customer entry form (the subtab is checked so users should be able to view) + I also made sure all the user roles are checked on that specific form in the ROLES tab so they would be able to view, (2) the custom record type "Use Permissions" field is unchecked which should give access to every user, (3) I made all the searches public that comprise the sublists just in case this was the issue.
