Overdue Balance Search Timing Out?
Hello;
We have a saved search that is used in a scheduled script to email out past due invoices/overdue accounts. Recently this script has started to fail when bringing up the search results. I'm not sure why;
* The search is a customer search and has four criteria - Overdue Balance & Balance over $25, Days Overdue over 15, and an non-blank email address.
* The only two fields returned in the results are ID & email.
* When it failed again, there were only 69 records returned.
Any thoughts? The search takes a few minutes to come up in the user interface, so I can see why the script would time out.
