Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Payment search filtered on Applied Invoice Items
I just found a rather unpleasant bug in one of my searches
It's a Transaction search filtered to Invoices containing two specific items. The search reports the % paid (formula).
We use Payments linked to write off accounts to write off customer balances and bad debt. Do you see where this is going?
Yep, the write off payments are causing the search to report 100% payment on Invoices that have actually been written off.
After my damage assessment I determined that it actually wasn't skewing the numbers "too bad" but bad enough I need to resolve it. I figured I would change to a summary search on Payments where I could filter on Payment.Account and use the Applied Transaction link to filter on my two required items. In other words:
