Email alerts in plain text
I have a couple searches that send email alerts to the SMS address for some sales reps. It works great, requires no script or code and it's easy to tweak.
The problem is that some of the HTML makes it's way into the SMS message body. It looks like it's some CSS code. I'm wondering if there are any tricks or settings to ensure that ONLY plain text messages are emailed?
BTW, I'm sure you know this NetSuite, but you have a real great feature here with the email alerts. It needs a lot of work still and there are lots of things I would add, but still... it's a great feature and I hope you polish it off and keep working on it and improving.
