Searching for all customers with access - not working?
Hi,
I'm trying to find all our customers who have login access to our webstore (most don't). I've just run a search with one criterion:
Login Access is true
When I look at the customers' records in the field 'Give Access' many are set to 'No'. Checking the 'System Notes' shows that that field has never been anything other than 'No'. So I tried another search, this time with the criterion:
Login Audit Trail : Role is Customer Centre
This threw up some extra results, but also a mix of customers with and without access.
Am I choosig the wrong criteria, or is something broken?
