Searches on Custom Record - Filtering Customer View?
I have a custom record where "Customer" is a parent field. I have created a saved search and published it. I have restricted the published saved search through the audience tab to the Customer Center Role. I have also created a Website Tab which is also restricted to the Customer Center Role. I have given access to customers (or their contacts) with the Customer Center Role. In order to ensure that customers only see their records, the search uses the filter "customer is mine".
1) If I log in to Netsuite through the regular log in (system.netsuite.com), I'm immediately taken to the Netsuite customer center and I can see the website tab. If I click on the website tab, my saved searches are there and they work fine - the customer sees search results only based on their custom records.
