Latest System Note??

Hi There,

Does anyone know if its possible to search on the latest system note of customer?

for example,

I wanted to retrieve the last system on the sales rep field.

At the moment im specifying the system note date to "today" but this is incorrect as the last system note could have been created previously to today.
