Need Simple SQL statement help

Hello,

I am looking to find a formula to check and see if the store display name is greater than 60 characters. If it is then return all items in the search that meet this criteria. i.e.

Pseudo:
IF Store Display Name is greater than 60
then
Return Results;

I am not sure how you would do this with SQL.
