Saved Search Over Static Contact Group
Hi,
I am trying to extract data via a saved search for Contacts in a Static Contact Group. The only fields I have available to me to select as results are the Group fields (Name type etc) and the Group Member Fields. The group member fields (which I was expecting to relate to the Contacts in the group) appear to be Customer fields(!?) with the exception of 'Group Member: Internal ID', which gives the Contact internal ID.
Has anyone come across this? and if so do you know anyway I can access the Contact details? The only way I can see to achieve this is to set up a 2nd saved search and (laboriously) specify each individual Contact Internal ID in the selection criteria! Surely there must be a better way!
