Saved Search for Unique Campaign Responses

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Saved Search to generate a list of Contacts that either haven't opened or clicked through the Campaign they received.  I have a search for Contacts that kind of works, but when I run the search, it returns some users multiple times.  Eg: Contact123 shows up 3 times, once with a response value of "Queued", then with a response value of "Sent", and again with a Response value of "Received".

Is there a way to return only the latest Campaign Response value?  or is there a different way I should be doing this?
