Print Items field - Not availalbe for saved search or mass updates?

Wanting to do some quick maintenance on our kits and check the "print items" (internal id "printitems") field using a mass update. 

Trouble is, I don't seem to be able to find a way to reference this field in a saved search or mass update.

Any help?
