Type Message Missing in Role
I am trying to find a work around for a bug I have found.
When you go into a role and Searches -> Standard there is no type for Message, for me this means all my customers can see internal case comments as I cannot restrict them to a single saved search. The wierd thing is if I go into the saved search I am trying to restrict and make it the default for that role. When I view the role I can see in the section Searches -> Standard a line of Type Message and my saved search in the sublist view column. However when I go to edit it the Type Message
