Alerting to an address change

Hi all!

I have been trying to put together a search that will alert one of the managers here when the Default Billing Address for a specific set of partners (defined by a simple check box) changes. Sounds relatively straight forward, but I don't seem to be having any joy...

I am using very simple criteria on a partner search - just the custom check box and Default Billing Address = T and then adding an alert to be triggered when the Address changes. Default Billing Address isnt available in the Updated Fields section, and using 'Address' it only alerts me when a new address is added.
