Search for Project Tasks with Complete Predecessor

I am trying to create a search that shows me a certain incomplete task, but only if the predecessor is complete.

Basically, I need it to show all incomplete "Task B" s, but only if "Task A" has been completed.  I've tried every itteration of the criteria that I can, but I still can't figure out how to show this.  Is it even possible?
