Saved Search by Matching List of Emails?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a saved search that matches a list of comma delimited e-mail addresses?  I tried doing a "Email contains" filter but there's a character limit.... My goal is to get a list of customers based on a list of e-mail addresses I have, and then update certain checkboxes on their customer cards, maybe Saved Search is not the right approach?

I appreciate your advice.
