Assigning Calls and Customizing the Alert
When you assign someone a phone call and check the box to email them, the email doesn't contain the phone number from the call form. There's a hanful of ways to fix this with custom searches. but I want to edit the default Netsuite alert to include the phone number field.
Any ideas where I should look?
