Getting Supervisor as part of search result

Hello everyone.
I was wondering if there is any way to create saved search which returns both my employee record as well as my supervisor's employee record?

Say i do a search criteria like this:
email is myemail@domain.com

Based on this criteria, it will return my record as well as supervisors' employee record.
