KPI problem

I create a kpi search, and show in Key Performance Indicators correct, i can click on the value in "Current" column, then come in to the search page, when i click total or date group , system give me a error message like this :
An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

Please help, Notes: the kpi search is created by myself, use different role, and i give the access right to this role.
