Reports on Matrix Items
We're currently looking to build a Saved Search which will look at the total items sold for a Matrix Code - so this is the total of all the sub-matrix items added together.
Currently, we have done this by simply grouping the Search results by the Parent Code.
However, we wish to automatically send out an email alert when specific criteria have been reached, and therefore this is based upon the search criteria being matched, rather than any grouping of the results.
So, for example - we have a "threshold" level set on the Parent item, and we need to be alerted by email when the total stock holding for the Matrix Item reaches this level.
