Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Alerts on Sales Order Line Changes
Is there any way to trigger a custom saved search to send an email alert when a sales order line changes? As far as I can tell, it is only possible to trigger alerts on changes to the main or body section of the sales order, but I would really love to be proven wrong.
The use case is wanting to automatically notify sales and manufacturing when a sales order line changes, like price, quantity, item#, text comments, custom column fields, etc. Yes, sometimes this will change the overall sales order (such as total amount), but sometimes it won't (such as text comments, custom column fields, item# substitution). And even if it does change the overall order, I can't figure out how to get the alert to show the sales order line that triggered the change.
