Item Price Levels on Customer Record

We are trying to create a search on customer records for the following results:

Customer Name|Pricing Item| Item Price Level | Item Pricing Unit Price

The problem is that 'Item Pricing Unit Price' is only populated when the price level 'custom' is selected.   We have been unable to find any other joins to the item record to capture the price base on price level.  Does anybody know if this can be done?
