Make Phone field on Address Form Global Searchable?

Is it possible to make the phone number field on the address form searchable in the Global search?  If so, how would I do it?  The Phone field on the customer record is global searchable, I'd love to get all the phone numbers attached to a record searchable.:rolleyes:
