Concat Multiple User Note Memos into a single Saved Search Column?
Hello,
I am in need of creating a summary saved search that displays a list of Phone Calls, relevant record related fields, and a 'summary column' that displays all of the User Note "Memo"s (the User Note 'Memo' field) that is attached to the particular record in a single 'field' in the search.
Now, I understand that we're able to create a summary on top of the raw data the Saved Search pulls, but the summary options do not properly provide a way to keep the listing for each Phone Call record singular (if one groups the user note memo field, it duplicates the Phone call on multiple line items for each new 'memo', as the text is different in each Note).
