Adding more fields to Quick Add in List View

When I turn Inline Editing on, in a LEAD list view, I could see the
QUICK ADD box at the bottom of the search that has
Name Customer ID
Phone
Email
Company Name
Web Address and SAVE

How do I add more fields to that Quick Add box?
