Saved Search Scheduled Email Size Limit

I have a Saved Search that I created and customized for various product shopping feeds.  Everyday I have Netsuite email me the results via the Schedule Email function on the saved search and then an automation tool grabs the file and ftp's it to the proper location.  It appears that I have hit some kind of limit - around 6-7 megs - because Netsuite is not emailing the file to me anymore.
Does anyone know of a hard limit and is there another automated way to get the results of the saved searches out of Netsuite even if the file size is, lets say - 50 megs?
