Highlight when a company on list is logged a phone call

Hello -

TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH:
Wondering if someone can help me.  We have done a CUSTOMER search that has criteria pulling from a custom record and transactions. That list has generated 450 companies that one of our reps will now be calling over the next few months.  What we would like is for the Search to be able to Highlight with a Flag when our Rep has logged a phone call with the subject "CAMPAIGN UPGRADE Q3 2011".  This will allow our rep to know who he has called and who he still needs to call over the next few months. Extremely valuable in helping
