email Invoice to customer when Sales order getts billed

hi friends,
I in NS can login and view / download an invoice , i wish the same to be emailed to a user(customer) by itself when the SO status gets to 'Billed' .
Only SO generated by webservice should get emailed,
Pl. let me know if we can do this,
