Mass Update with a Text Formula

I wrote an inquiry to Netsuite on this and was told very clearly that wasn't allowed (giving out formulas or helping with them from anew). Here's my inquiry, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction:
I am trying to get the Meta Tag HTML field to automatically generate for Matrix items that are sold on our webstore and have an empty Meta Tag HTML field. From what I can tell, I can create a nice mass update to do this and run every day.
However, I cannot figure out the formula in NS. In Excel, it would go something like this:
