Save Search Email Missing Field Values

I have created an Opportunity saved search which sends an email to me when a record is created.

This is driving a major implementation.

One of the results fields is InternalID

In the last two emails, this field was blank.

How do I prevent this?  Is there a delay setting I can determine?  It doesn't make sense that the internalID of all fields wouldn't populate, unless I am missing something.
