Reduce text length in Saved Search (use more...)

Hi NS'ers,

I'm creating a saved search for support cases and one of the result columns is messages (text between support & customer).

There is a 'cut off' point in which (...more) kicks in, I'm wondering if we have the capability to shorten the message (lets say 15 characters) since we are publishing this search to a dashboard?
