Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Item Display Name with Payments
I've created a saved Transaction search that lists the date, amount, customer, sales rep, invoice number...but I can't get the item name/description. It shows up as blank. I've tried using applied to and applying transaction fields to list the item, but to no avail.
We're trying to gather info on the actual amount paid on an invoice for a specific month to calculate actual paid sales amount for each sales rep. Invoices are not always paid in full but over a time period. We need the actual item descriptions for tracking purposes.
How can I get the item description to show up on the search, it doesn't seem to be connected to a payment type - a payment is connected to an invoice which is connected to several items...but I can't seem to get the item list to show up for payments made on invoices.
