Custom Sublist for Cases with Same Company / Customer

Hi,

I believe I read in a previous thread (which I cannot seem to locate) that you cannot have a Custom Sublist included in a Support Case form if the Custom Sublist uses the filter of "Company" because apparently joining Support Case records and saved-search-sublists in this specific way is not supported.

I am using the workaround that was suggested (created a new Custom Sublist using the Saved Search but using a "Contact:Company" filter which I changed back to "Company" AFTER creating the Sublist and adding it to the Support Case form) and then made "Company" an footer-available filter.
