Email Updates

There are four of us that keep getting emails every time a case is updated.  We would like to stop these but the problem is I cannot find out which search, page or report they are coming from. Is there a way from the email update to figure out where they are coming from?  Or how else I can figure out where they are coming from in order to stop the emails from being sent out?
