Support case search

I have a support case created and cannot seem to figure out how to have it pull just one line from the case so that the same case isn't showing multiple times in the results.  Normally on a search I would do main line=true but that is not an option on this kind of a search.  Anyone know what I can do to have the same results as main line = true?
