Need to search existing Case history
Our support team needs to be able to search other cases for context regularly (e.g. for error messages, similar issues, etc). When we try to search on message text, it times out generally or takes so long we can't search while on the phone with a customer. We're a software provider with highly customized software solutions and are new (6 months) to NetSuite. Any ideas to help us be able to search these.
I know we could post solutions, but some of the issues happen very infrequently. In our past support tool, we exported all Cases to .txt files to use Google Search in a fast manner - should I still do that as well?
