Scheduled email formatting

Hello,

I would like to send reports to my customers using the schedule email saved search feature. It seems like I only have access to the Introduction section of the search for the body of my email as I'm not sending single record results.

What tags can I enter there to convert the contact's name? It seems like the {fieldid} tag doesn't work in the Introduction? I would also like to add an image to the Introduction section. Does anyone know how to do this?
