Formula referencing overall total of a column

Is it possible to create a formula field referencing overall total of a column?
First field is a formula field that gives the total of certain sales orders.
Is it possible to display the second field as the Total on line / Overall Total Orders?

Row 1: Total - Formula field - amount total of certain sales orders
Row 2: % Total Orders - formula ((Total on line / Overall Total Orders)*100)
