Last Sales Activity Not Always Populated

Hi there,
I've been noticing the Last Sales Activity is not always populated with the last activity/task entered in NetSuite. The tasks in question have met the criteria in the Custom Preferences, so I'm not sure why NetSuite is not populated the LSA date.
Any thoughts?
