Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Login Audit Trail - show Contact - not just Company - as the user
How can i customise the "Login Audit Trail" search to show the individual contacts per customer that have logged in to our website using the Customer Centre Role?
The "User" in the login audit trail is showing as the Customer (company name). But we have contacts under each Customer that have access - not the Customer (company) itself. I need the report to show the Contact - not the Customer, per login. I have tried to add fields to the report - but it's not working for us.
We've had a security breach of a particular contacts login being used at a competitors site - and I need to know which user it is so we can raise this with them - and disable their access. There are more than 10 different contacts under the main company so we need to narrow it down.
