Including "Record Created By" in Saved Search Email

Hi there,
I was wondering if it is possible to include an option in a saved search email when a new record is created, who created the record? In the system notes, it doesn't really specify this. I'm assuming I may need to create a hidden custom field that will populate with the persons name.

Any thoughts?
