Formula to find first time a case was assigned

I am trying to build out a formula that will show the first time a case was assigned to a person after the initial assignment. We use rules to assign to groups on creation and this is the formula I have come up with. Can anyone see if I can simplify it some?


min(round(({systemnotes.date} - {createddate}) *1440)) keep(dense_rank first order by decode({systemnotes.type}, 'Change', decode({systemnotes.field}, 'Assigned',round(({systemnotes.date} - {createddate}) *1440))))
