Email Notification for an Action
Hello,
I have been able to get this to work with other records, but for some reason, my saved search notification for a simple check box on the customer record is not working. Here is my criteria:
system notes : field = marketing language
system notes : date = today
customer status = closed - won
I have gotten it to work when the box is checked and the record saved, however, it still fired an email when the box was unchecked.
Not sure what is happening here, maybe I'm missing one piece? Any help is much appreciated.
