Creating Customer Search

I am trying to create a customer search to put on the customer center.  The search pull all items that were sent to the customer and the location.  What kind of criteria do I need so that when a specific customer looks at it they only see their fulfillments and not everyones?  It is kind of like the searches we have to My Purchase Orders or Sales Orders where the rep sees only theirs and not all the other reps.  In this case we set it to "mine." 

Any ideas?
