Suitetalk new record does not triggering saved search

We are using a input from a form on an external website to create new partner records in Netsuite via Suitetalk.

When the external site submits this information to create a new record, we have created a saved search to notify us of a new record. Unfortunately, it does not  trigger the notification.

When we create a record directly in Netsuite, it *does* trigger the notification.

Any tips to get the Suitetalk case to work? Thanks.
